Why Have a Career with AIM?
Let me summarize what I believe
is the bottom line of our search for staff and your search for an organization
with which to work. It's all about impact. What impact will you have on
the world for Christ? What will your life count for? Those are the questions
that I wrestle with every day.
Because the team God has brought together
at Adventures In Missions cares passionately about these questions, we're
a committed and competent bunch. We tend to attract like-minded people.
Your reading this is just one step in discovering if you're such a person.
The most important criterion
we have in searching for new staff people is that they have a passion
for reaching the world for Christ. AIM's overriding objective is to help
raise up a new generation of radically committed disciples. The primary
means we employ to do so is short-term missions. AIM is a fast-growing
organization with many exciting opportunities to make a great impact.
If you're like me, you really want your life to count for the kingdom.
