AIM Hiring Process
- Take AIM compatibility assessment
- Call the AIM home office at 770-983-1060 and enter
Ext 211 for Stacy Valentine. You may also

to e-mail Stacy Valentine.
- Conduct preliminary mutual interview - learn about us, we learn about you.
- Complete application and temperament test.
- AIM clears application by checking references.
- In depth phone interviews by Director of Staff Development and potential Team Leader(s).
- AIM makes Conditional offer and candidate completes Taylor Johnson Assessment
- Participate on an AIM
project if possible.
- AIM offers position or declines to offer position.
- Support-raising process initiated.
- Begin full-time when agreed support level is reached.
