Work Crew is a mission program designed to serve and support others who minister the Gospel on short-term missions. Each week, 80 - 120 youth travel to The Gateway, Adventures In Missions' ministry facility, in Matamoros, Mexico for a week of mission work in the surrounding communities. Work Crew plays a vital role in supporting these short-term mission projects.
Work Crew is a team of 5 to 10 Christian high school and college-age young adults who live and serve together for 5 weeks at the Gateway. They serve by keeping the facility clean and running smoothly for the mission teams based there. Work Crew members also receive spiritual discipleship and have ministry/mission opportunity. Are you a ready to SERVE by WORKING? If so, Work Crew is for you! You'll get sweaty and dirty, but you'll love every minute of it! .

- Yes, you will really
wash dishes, sweep floors and clean bathrooms!
- Once a week you'll
head out into the community to minister to the Mexican people.
Ministry is never far away!

challenged spiritually through discipleship with your leaders and
accountability with your teammates. You will have daily group
Bible studies and regular times of team and personal prayer.

Cost
$500 which includes food and housing. (Cost of travel not included)
Locations The Gateway, Adventures In Missions mission base outside of Matamoros, Mexico, just across the U.S.-Mexico border from Harlingen and Brownsville, TX.
Qualifications You may qualify for an Work Crew if you:
1. Are a young adult between the ages of 14 20.
2. Have been a Christian for at least six months.
3. Have a servant's heart.
